Shipping, Returns and Repairs

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Brooke Fisher Designs charges a flat $5.00 shipping rate to all orders.
All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following week.
All domestic shipments are shipped via USPS and will require a signature upon delivery. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please email brookefisherdesigns@gmail.com if you’d like your order shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date the order is received. If 14 days have gone by since your parcel was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspection of returns usually takes seven business days. Please email our team at brookefisherdesigns@gmail.com if you would like to follow up on the status of your return.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Per our Sale Policy, all discounted/ sale items are final sale. No returns accepted.

REPAIRS 
For all repair inquiries, please email brookefisherdesigns@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate the repairs.  Repairs will be accepted within 45 days of order received.
If the product is in need of repair, Brooke Fisher Designs will be responsible for the repairs at reasonable charge. Customer must provide all original documentation from purchased goods.  Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.The repair turn-around will be within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise noted.   All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
